Thinking about episode 24

With episode 23 soon to be completed, I better start thinking about the next episode, 24. The Pu Sisters trilogy is done, so I’m putting Nani and Tang on the side for the moment.
Ideas I have so far: Twiggy’s revenge. Eva and Blackie on FOX News. A Spaghetti Western in Mexico. Something with drugs. Eva becomes supreme ruler of the USA.
I want to do something with Twiggy Rickenbacker. But Twiggy was introduced in the comics. Can I succesfully introduce her in the anime while respecting the comic’s storyline? One way of doing this would be to do a flashback using comic panels from Faster, Dynamite! Kill! Kill! that would explain who she is and why she wants revenge on Eva. Not that many people have read the comics, a lot less than those who have seen the anime episodes. So I can’t just throw Twiggy in there and expect people to know who she is.
Star Trek did it with the Wrath of Khan. You didn’t need to have seen the TV episode to understand the movie. Actually, I only learned that it was a sequel to a TV episode much later.
Any thoughts?

Maybe Eva and Blackie on fox news, about the break out and the ‘successful elimination’ of the escapees….leading to Twiggy’s introduction?
Revenge would logically follow in the next episode after she gets trashed by eva and blackie in this one. It also makes it easier to plan the next one that way?
I just think it would be funny to see the Fox news spin on the dynamic duo…
Good luck on it!

Well, Eva’s pissed off so many people over the years that it would plausible to have a revenge storyline without a lot of explanation.
It’s not like your audience is going to watch the animation and say “Eva would NEVER beat the shit out of a CIA agent and sell her into prostitution! How could this happen?”

lol yeah, good perspective.

I agree with the above comments. I also think all the story pieces you’ve mentioned work well. I wish I had some disposable income to buy all the comics. Maybe around Christmas.

Why does it have to be revenge, maybe Twiggy’s enjoying her life as a prostitute and helps out the girls to take over the US with her inside CIA knowledge?
