   I’ve never seen the series with her, so it’s Captain Harlock from the the first series. But I think their costumes are identical.

   woops. my mistake. only Harlock has the eyepatch. Would totally dig a Miss Dynamite Rally Vincent though (riding bean version). Keep up the awesome work.
