Dangerously close to ‘wall of text’ here, but I wanted to pass a much exposition as I could in one page. It’s also a typical Ayn Rand rant so I think it fits.

Hmm, which state would Eva pick? Alaska could be fun, plenty of petrol, the weather agrees with a Russian and she could boot out Sarah Palin.

But does it have a lot of nukes? I think the state with the most nuclear stockpiles would be a very attractive choice for a person of her caliber.
